Laser Engraving

This innovation was born out of my need to take rim design further than where it was. The idea of doing a bi-colour rim came to my mind. I wanted a technique that could create a pattern that could effectively show the bi-coloured rim’s potential.

Pad Prıntıng

This innovation was born out of my need to take rim design further than where it was and also to implement some cost-cutting techniques.

This technique has been put into use to produce multi-coloured rims.

It has also replaced the use of warning stickers on AMG & Porsche rims, who greatly appreciated the change.

Application for the required patent has been made and is currently pending. 

My responsibilities :

-Lead the project

-Delegate responsibilities to team members

-Check on progress

-Prepare designs & samples

-Cost analysis & feasibility report

-Investment analysis

-Coordinating with purchasing department

-Coordinating with suppliers

-Coordinating with AMG, Porsche, Fiat & Honda

* My implementation of this technique has brought about savings of approx. 200,000 Euros per year.

Hard Anodızıng

This innovation was born out of my need to take rim design further than where it was.

-Makes it hydrophobic using nanotechnology.

Brushed Alumınum Effect

This innovation was born out of my need to apply a different and unique technique to the rims.

It involves the application of a brushed aluminum finish to the rim.

My responsibilities :

-Lead the project

-Check on progress

-Prepare designs & samples

-Cost analysis & feasibility report

-Coordinating with suppliers

-Developing a manufacturing technique to be able to produce this effect

-Making them producible for After market sale
